Registrations:
To register your child for class please call the office for an appointment then download and fill the registration forms available in the links below prior to coming to register.

Registration forms must be completed by parents or legal guardian
Important information needed to register for Religious Education:
- Parish Number
- Birth Certificate
- Sacramental information including: Copy of Baptismal certificate, Copy of First Communion certificate (when applicable)
- Current picture of student
- Forms completely filled out
- Payment - cash, check, or credit card
- 1st child $150.00
- 2nd children $ 100.00
- 3rd or more children $ 75.00
- First Communion fee $75.00
- Confirmation fee $85.00
- Gown fee $20
- Bible fee $35 (3rd grade and higher)
A non-refundable $65 deposit is required.
